ಈ ವೀಕೆಂಡ್ ಊತಪ್ಪ ಟ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ !

Ingredients :

» ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು
ಬೆಳ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ 6 ಕಪ್
ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ 1 ಕಪ್
ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅನ್ನ 1 ಹಿಡಿ
ಉಪ್ಪು 2 ಚಮಚ
ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ 2
ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೊ 2
ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ 2
ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು
ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಅರಸಿಣ

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ

ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆಯನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆ ಕಾಲ ನೆನೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ರುಬ್ಬಿ ತೆಗೆದ ನಂತರ ಅಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹಿಡಿ ಅನ್ನ ಅಥವ ತೊಳೆದ ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ರುಬ್ಬಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಈ ಎರಡೂ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಸುರಿದು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಕಲಸಬೇಕು. ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹುಳಿ ಬರಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಎಂಟು ಗಂಟೆ ಕಾಲ ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಬೇಕು. ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹುಳಿ ಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಉದ್ದಿನ ದೋಸೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ರೆಡಿ.

ಇನ್ನು ಊತಪ್ಪ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಸಣ್ಣಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ, ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ, ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಅರಸಿಣ ಬೆರೆಸಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಒಲೆ ಮೇಲಿಟ್ಟ ಕಾವಲಿ ಬಿಸಿಯಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ಸೌಟು ಉದ್ದಿನ ದೋಸೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಾವಲಿ ಮೇಲೆ ದಪ್ಪವಾಗಿ ಹರಡಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಊತಪ್ಪ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಹರಡಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಬೇಕು. ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗ ಬೆಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ದೋಸೆಯ ಅಡಿಕವಚಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಊತಪ್ಪ ರೆಡಿ. ನೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಟ್ನಿ ಉತ್ತಮ.
