Ingredients :

  • » 3pav Basmati rice
    Ghee
    Oil
    Onion
    Cashew
    Raisins
    Cardamom
    Biriyani leaves
    Cinnamon
    Clove
    Peppercorns
    Salt
    Chicken
    ginger garlic paste
    pudina leves
Preparation :

How to make Chicken Biriyani :

  • Soak 3 pav Basmati rice for 10 minutes .wash and drain. In a cooker take 2 spoon ghee and 1 spoon of oil. Fry 3to4 onion (cut lengthwise), cashew


    Nut, Raisins, Cardamom, and Biriyani leaves, cinnamon, clove, peppercorns. Fry till it gets brown. Add rice fry for 5 minutes .next add previously boiled water. (For 3 pav rice need 2 add 6glasses f water).add salt to taste. And 1 spoon lime juice. Cover the lid and take 2 whistles. After 5 minutes. Open the lid. Transfer it to a vessel with a wide opening. Keep it open for a while. Now Biriyani rice is ready.

    Now marinate 1 and 1/2 chicken with 1/2 cup curd, 2 spoon ginger garlic paste, 1 spoon turmeric powder and salt to taste. Keep for ½ an hour.

    Paste 1/2 bunch Biriyani leaves,7 to 8 pudina leves,10 flakes garlic,2ginger, 2 onion,2 spoon gram masala powder to a smooth paste.

    In a pan take 1 spoon oil. Fry paste for 5minutes. Add marinated chicken. Cover and cook till done. Now chicken masala is ready serve.
