Ada Dosa (Kerala Cuisine)

Ingredients :

  • » Raw Rice - 1 cup
    Red gram - 1/4 cup
    Black gram - 1/4 cup
    Red chillies - 5 ~ 6 nos.
    Green chillies - 5 nos.
    Small onions - 10 nos.
    Curry leaves - 2 springs
    Salt - As required
    Oil to cook - As required
Preparation :

How to make Ada Dosa (Kerala Cuisine) :

  • Soak Rice, Dals and Red chillies in water for about 1 hour.

    Take out the softened mix and grind together to course (don't grind to fine)

    Cut green chilli, onions and curry leaves into small pieces and add this into the batter.

    Add salt to taste and mix well.

    Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan or a kadai.

    Pour the dosa batter and cook it both sides, till it becomes golden brown color.

    Note: It is tasty to eat as a snack without Chutney as well.
