Phase IV Residential Street Reconstruction The fourth set of three residential streets is being reconstructed as part of the Phase IV Street Reconstruction Project. The streets are listed below. The streets will be reconstructed to the same width as existing with 6” thick concrete reinforced paving for Clover Valley, Avery, and 7-inch for Strickland. Sidewalk and driveway returns within street right-of-ways will also be reconstructed.

Improvements will include drainage improvements and new water and sanitary sewer lines within the street right-of-way. This project is funded by the City with savings from pervious projects. The Engineering Department will continue to post updates and information concerning the progress of this important project in the updates section below.
