Right Education is Important For a Successful Career

Education in its general sense is a form of learning in which knowledge, skills and habits of a group of people are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, and research.

A right to education has been created and recognized by some jurisdictions: Since 1952, Article 2 of the first Protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights obliges all signatory parties to guarantee the right to education. Education is the most important part of a student's life.

Students who are on the threshold of completing class 12 are no doubt in a quandary mulling over the career they have to decide upon once they are through with their exams.

After 10th, PUC is a milestone in the life of any student as his career hinges on the stream of education he opts for. In fact the journey of life begins with this single decision at this crucial period.

Apart from Medical and Engineering, students have options for Arts and Commerce and can have an equally lucrative, challenging and satisfying career. Contrary to general belief, Art stream can open flood gates of a promising career in fields as diverse as counseling, teaching, media, entertainment sector, animation, graphic designing, law, coaching sports and academic, event management, Social work, Human Resource Management and Development, Anchoring or conducting programmes, online teaching, virtual learning, and numerous other career prospects.

Opting for commerce makes sense for those students who have an inclination towards Business and Finance with careers in Business Management, Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, Tax Consultant, Financial Consultant, Investment banking, Insurance sector, Treasury Management, retail business, Computer applications etc.
Those aspiring to be doctors and engineers will have slog it out to enter into the best colleges in the country. Apart from this courses students with science background can apply for B Sc Honors in Applied sciences or M Sc in Bio-informatics, Bio-medical sciences, Life sciences, Environmental sciences, Ocean sciences etc.

Students with science background also apply for some paramedical courses namely Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Nuclear medicine, Health Information Administration, Nursing, Animal husbandry and Veterinary science, Food science etc.

Young aspirants also can have their dreams on Defense and Civil services.
First, you must keep up your reading. Too many young men close their books when they have taken their degrees, and learn no more. They very soon forget all they have ever learn. But, if you intend to continue your education, you must find time for serious reading. Go on with the subjects or some of them, you began as a student; and take up new ones that you feel will interest you.

With proper guidance and counseling students will be able to decide the course of their future rather than being pushed into opting for something they dislike.
